Obama Blaming GOP for His Last 3 Year Record

We all knew the so-called jobs bill was nothing but a canvas for Obama's re-election bid.  Here's his party line to the liberal California base:

"From the moment I took office what we've seen is a constant ideological push back against any kind of sensible reforms that would make our economy work better and give people more opportunity."

Help Me Keep My Job and My Jet
Gee Mr. President, you controlled all of congress and the White House for 2 years.  And the result was economic disaster and you got a bloodied by the American people who told you to stop by giving the largest ever majority to the opposing party in the House and nearly did the same in the Senate.  Since then nearly all off year elections have gone to Republicans over Democrats, including Wiener's seat in Brooklyn.

The second thing wrong with this statement is that Mr. Obama has not brought out a plan then, or now.  All he has is another big number, half a trillion in even more spending, more government debt, more shopping for things we can't pay for. Brilliant.

Obama goes on to lie that the Republicans would "cripple America" with their policies.  Does anyone not think we're crippled now, and worse than 2.5 years ago?

Obama Plays the Race Card: March for Your Government Check

Predictably, a desperate President Obama went from playing the class warfare card against the rich, to the race card in his remarks to the Congressional Black Caucus. He asked them to "march" as if he had anything in common with American blacks, Selma, Alabama or Martin Luther King.

Obama, who shares nothing with American blacks in terms of heritage or upbringing, is posturing like the son of an oppressed people.  But his father was from east Africa and here in the US on a student visa and his mother was white.  African American slaves came from West Africa and endured centuries of slavery, nearly 100 years of segregation before the civil rights movement. But Obama, without a drop of that blood, lived in Hawaii with his white mother and white grandparents, a state extremely diverse and only newly added to the Union.  Then at age 6 he was raised by a Muslim step father in Indonesia.  He then returned to Hawaii to attend an exclusive prep school in Hawaii and continue to live with his grandparents while his mother pursued her career and a government paid for Ph.D elsewhere.  Fitting the liberal entitlement class to a T he got a free ride to Columbia and Yale.  Presumably while a college student at Columbia he got his first ever gimps of a black neighborhood, as Columbia's campus is next to Harlem.

His ancestors weren't here and his parents didn't march in Selma or in DC.  He emerged from Yale to become a community organizer.  What, you may ask is that?   Wikipedia describes it thus:

Unlike those who promote more-consensual "community building," community organizers generally assume that social change necessarily involves conflict and social struggle in order to generate collective power for the powerless.

Obama, who was scholarshipped the whole way, and as far as we know never had a summer job or afternoon job in high school, wanted to make sure that others realized the Government exists to give out free stuff.  That's his own upbringing.  So it makes sense.  Government is a giant vending machine where others put in the money and you get the goods.  That's "social justice."

He speaks of distributing the wealth like it's a medium sized pizza that dad brought home for a family of five, as if it's a limited resource that just appears somehow.  It never occurs to him to spend his energies explaining to these communities, then or now, that when you do something that somebody else would be willing to pay you for, well, they pay you for it.  That's how it works!  The better you are at what you do or make, the more people are willing to pay.

No, much easier in his re-election bid to play the race card. March!

Compost This Jobs Bill Now! $263,157 per Job.

These days you can't escape the figure of a scowling, scolding, petty President Barak Obama repeating the mantra "pass this jobs bill now."  He's on every TV channel, Hulu (5 times in one one-hour show!), print ads, radio, Web ads.

But the repetition isn't just because the Democratic Party is paying for this campaign blitz.  The real repetition is that this is Stimulus part III.
Scowling Obama is the Real Obama Apparently

Obama doesn't get it:  if it didn't work in one and two, it certainly won't work in three.

And the dems whined and pleaded last month to take our country into another 2.4 Trillion debt like crack addicts saying "just this one more time" only to have Obama three weeks later announce his desire to spend another half-trillion in pork.

The $16 Muffin Man
Do the math.  The last jobs bill cost an average of $4 million per job created!  And we got crony capitalism for so-called green companies like Solyndra.  And don't forget the Justice Department and Eric Holder munching down on $16 muffins.

Yeah.  The Government needs more of my money?  Don't think so!  Obama, compost this job bill now.  Put the paper you printed it on into the shredder and then toss is on the compost pile where at least it will do some good.

And doing Obama's own math, the $500 billion (500,000,000,000) would supposedly create 1.9 million jobs, which divides out to $263,157 per job!  Obama doesn't tell the populace that little factoid.  "Pass this jobs bill now...whine..."  And economists, including Mark Zandi whom Obama turned to for projections on his bill, say those jobs would only be good for one year, 2012. Starting in 2013 they would fade away.

Apparently eating $16 muffins makes one believe that $263,157 per one-year job is a good deal.

Mark Virkler's Bizzare Christian Dream Interpretation Views

If you dream about sexual intercourse with someone is that God's way to tell you you need their spiritual gift?   According to evangelical author Mark Virkler, the answer is yes.

Mark Virkler has been a popular Christian seminar speaker (4 Keys to Hearing God's Voice), but few may be aware of his strange views on dreams and their interpretation.

On his Web site he explains his views.
www.cwgministries.org/Principles-of-Christian-Dream-Interpretation

Virkler encourages us to try to remember our dreams upon waking and ask the Holy Spirit to help us interpret the symbolic imagery of our dreams to figure out what God is saying to us.  A few examples will suffice:
  1.  He states that if we meet someone in our dream named Sharon that could mean that we need to work on sharing more.
  2. Or again on Virkler’s Web site, “One person reported dreaming of a friend named "Anita Cook" and finding the interpretation to be ‘I need to cook.’”
  3. And, “Dreaming about ketchup may be calling you to "catch up" in some area.”

One wonders if meeting a Dr. Ben Dover in your dream means you need to get a prostate exam.  Why not?  Does Virkler’s God have an affinity for bad puns?  Apparently so.

The above examples are merely humorous without intending to be so.  But other examples are downright disgusting and absurd.  From his Web site:

“Sexual dreams should be viewed symbolically. Sexual intercourse is a symbol of union, so ask the question, "In what way is there a union or joining taking place within me?" This will probably be a union of previously warring parts of yourself (for example - a merging of the workaholic part of yourself with the laid back part of yourself could appear as a dream of sexual intercourse). Or if you needed to incorporate the gift of hospitality into your being, you may have a dream of sexual intercourse between yourself and a person you know whose chief trait is that of hospitality.”

Seriously?  If God is trying to tell me to be more hospitable His best method is my having an erotic dream about someone who has that spiritual gift?  Let’s hope that person is one’s spouse.

And Virkler claims that God never warns us in the Bible about dreams. This simply is not so. There are a good number of such warnings scattered through scripture.   Here is just one:

Deuteronomy 13:1-3
If a prophet or a dreamer of dreams arises among you and gives you a sign or a wonder, and the sign or the wonder comes true, concerning which he spoke to you, saying,  Let us go after other gods (whom you have not known) and let us serve them,?  you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams; for the LORD your God is testing you to find out if you love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
One final illogical teaching of Mark Virkler on dreams is the idea that "my dreams" are trustworthy but the Bible only warns about others dreams as being false.  This makes no sense whatever.  My dreams are others dreams from their perspective!

But biblically, this claim is also false.  Jeremiah 23:25 makes that clear,
I have heard what the prophets have said who prophesy falsely in My name, saying, "I had a dream, I had a dream!"
Being in the first person makes no difference.  God calls them false prophets even though it was their own dream they refer to, and not someone elses.
